Orders

How do I place an order?

Simply browse our products, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email.


Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders can be cancelled or modified within 12 hours of purchase. After this time, orders may already be processing and cannot be changed.

We currently ship to Canada and the United States.


How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Estimated delivery time is 7–15 business days, depending on your location and the product ordered.


Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear.


Returns & Refunds
